The room was spacious and the linen is squeaky clean. The reception area is not very modern and the dedicated lift and shared lift could be a bit slow at times. 15 minutes walk from the Futian customs but right next to the subway "Fumin" exit C. Plenty of scrumptious food to choose in nearby streets. Overall good value for money.

員工訓練太差，都不按客人的排隊順序來服務，有客人不排隊的，走去辦理入住或退房，他們也是照樣處理，不會要求這些客人排隊，這樣對在排隊和守規矩的人很不公平吧，請貴酒店正視這一點，還有，空調的聲音太大

my room the air-con is spoilt. you need local phone number in order to access the wifi. and some room do not have direct lift access, need to walk staircase. got mosquito. the room is dirty. and price is not cheap, though the location is good, (near subway station).

Och hon i receptionen med namn (Chang) var mycket otrevlig, jag betalade med mitt AE kort men hon slängde tillbaka den till mig när den gick inte igenom. Vi tar inte AE KORT sa den andra receptionist med en vänlig röst. Så det är sista gången jag boka rum där..

住了兩天、厠所滲水、空調發出噠噠聲沒有有人理、想換房大堂員工說沒有房間可以換、叫我忍耐。星期六我可以理解、但到了星期日、有房租給別人沒有房換給我.手機和充電寶沒電想借充電器或缐用、大堂員工說只有租用的充電寶借用。像我沒有微訊支付的人、便要自己想辦法。我說：你幫我借、我給現金給你。他說：不可以、你自己想辦法。這是什麼服務態度呀！不知所謂的服務。

太舊。毛巾十分舊。在入住時，說我的房是要行上一層，但無電梯的，而且是在2樓。要我補百多元才去到有電梯到的5樓。
