"Apartment was exactly as described. Communications were polite and friendly. Website to enter information ask for ID, but should be more specific about only wanting passport, not driver’s license and only was able to enter one person’s info even though you have to enter every person staying. Needed to send a separate email for this which delayed receiving the access code. "

"This is a small apartment. The bed was a double bed but with a twin size comforter. Kitchen equipment is locked away and can be used for 20CHF. Hair dryer was also 20 CHF. There is a bus stop right outside the building, getting around was easy. It is a 15 min walk from the Stadium which is why I chose it but I wouldn't chose it again. "

"The best part about staying here was the well equipped kitchenette. It was very helpful to be able to cook and store food while staying in Zurich. There are pans, crockery and cutlery in the room. The room was a small studio and there is some large furniture which made it a bit cramped for two people. "It was an unconventional set up but we still had an enjoyable stay. Unfortunately the bed wall wasn’t working but it was repaired once reported. "Great location, the monti circus sets up right outside if you’re a fan check that out. Only a 5 min walk to the train station and about 10-15 to city center. Only issue we had was contacting the hotel directly but expedia was able to assist us. If you need to store luggage after checking out, it is in a locked room but luggage will not be labeled or checked by staff.
