"I love the hotel, but I think they need to review their long term maintenance procedures. The ancient heating unit in my room would turn off once a day (I was there 3 nights). Staff was helpful and showed me how to reboot it, but I don't think anyone documented my problem. Also the bathroom was spotless, but the inside of the bathroom door really needed a paint job. Great hotel just needs some TLC"

We were on the 16th floor with fantastic views of the Chrysler building in a business executive sweet offering a formal living space, mini fridge, microwave, walk-in closet, spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, and large bedroom. Definitely recommend! The staff was also extra accommodating and super friendly from check-in to check out."

The only downside I would say are the bones of the building itself (hallways, elevator). We knew going into it that we would only be in the hotel when we were asleep, so if you have the same plan, i cant recommend the shoreham more. "

"Our stay at the Weston was great! Very clean and the staff was great. The one thing I was surprised at was the lack of counter space in the bathroom. It ended up to be no big deal, but I usually bring a lot of toiletries and I like to have a place to put them near the bathroom sink. Otherwise, everything else was great."

"The property does not have the usual amenities like coffee, etc. But cafe is right next door. Facility is very clean and the room was quiet and comfortable with the exception of some radiator heating problems, but staff amd manager right there to help. All staff was welcoming. Will definitely use on my next trip."

"A lovely hotel. Steps from subway. Dining and shopping everywhere. Room was very comfortable. We appreciated the welcome gift. Bathroom was clean; looked like it had recently been retiled. Could have used soap at the sink instead of reaching to the shower for soap to wash your hands. Biggest issue was a lack of hot water. We addressed this at the front desk and received compensation."
