"Arrived on a Sunday to find keys in envelopes had been left on the reception desk and my room was in the building next door. The front door to the building would not unlock. I was later advised it was not functioning been due to the sun. After multiple tries, also with someone elses card, I resigned myself to a night on the floor in reception. "Der Klosterhof liegt ruhig hinter der Klostermauer. Unser Zimmer hatte moderne Möbel, doch leider keinen Kleiderschrank oder Bügel um etwas aufzuhängen. Das Bad war sehr klein, so mußten wir über die Toilette in die Dusche. Doch im Preis Leistung war es ok. In der Umgebung kann man gut spazieren gehen und die Natur genießen."

Tried phoning them and they never picked up (no phone coverage at property either so you need to drive 10min to get coverage). I had to find different accomodation last minute as this property was a bust. Tried to get refund and they refused. They have effectively stolen my money as they haven't provided any service."
