"We enjoyed a comfortable stay at Master Mirabel. It was near a bus stop, near mirabelplatz and 5 mins walk to a supermarket. The rooms were modern and well equipped. There is also a luggage storage area in the basement with lockers, which we used on the last day. Very enjoyable stay."

Contactless check in and check out was seamless with really nice consideration for a slightly later checkout by the manager. Communication was also easy, messages replied almost instantly. "Perfect hotel for our family if four. Room was spacious and loved the kitchenette. Daily breakfast room was lovely and tons of quality choices. The scrambled eggs were amazing. There was a little path to walk down to the pedestrian district in town. It was a short and peaceful little walk to dinner. I think it’s been newly renovated as everything seems new and in great condition "

"The property and room were fine, but due to the summer weather, we needed to keep the windows open for airflow. Unfortunately, our room faced the street, and it was a very busy street with traffic noice all night. For a future stay, I would request a room that is not street facing to minimize noice level."

"Great hotel and very helpful staff. Clean and at a walkable distance from the center. Confortable. My wife and I stayed two nights and walked to the center every day. Just a hint, not related to the hotel, don't use Uber, use taxis, the Uber drivers will accept your request and then message you that they have another customer and they will be 30 min late, or they will just pick someone else and leave you waiting!! I waited for 30min, asking uber to find another driver, and all uber drivers...

We were able to store our luggage which allowed us to explore the city without any baggage. The staff was friendly and helpful. Just a hint, not related to the hotel, don't use Uber, use taxis, the Uber drivers will accept your request and then message you that they have another customer and they will be 30 min late, or they will just pick someone else and leave you waiting!! "What a fantastic hotel, just lovely. I enjoyed my stay. The room was wonderful, the staff was wonderful. They have a great breakfast buffet. The location was good, right near the Mirabell gardens, and not far from other sites. I would absolutely stay here again if I get back to Salzburg. "

"This hotel is great choice if you are looking to be in a walkable area. The Sound of Music tour is a 3 min walk away and the old town is about 6 or 7 minutes. The room was clean but a little spartan. The staff are great. Breakfast was a little expensive. We ended up eating at a great takeout place across the street where you can get good coffee, rolls, fruit, yogurt, and sandwiches. "
