"The apartment was very good, very comfortable for 5 adults. The area was not the best one, walking to the apartment late at night we had to look over our shoulders constantly. Saturday morning we were woken up with a very loud noise of someone using a VAP right outside our window, and for a quite long period of time. It was after 8am, but we didn't expect that much noise on a Saturday morning. "

It ended up being ideally located, especially its proximity to the parking garage. "The apartment is in a great location off the Grand Place and Central Station. The windows are double plane and blocks out most of the track and tourist noise. Walking was easy to most of the sights. The two bedrooms were spacious for us and the option of the sofa bed was good as well. The apartment was light and airy with good amenities in the kitchenette. "We had a nice stay , the location was perfect, very close to canals, markets. A 10 min walk to tram 1 or 3 takes you to the station. It says it’s 1st floor, but it’s up a flight. It’s huge space, comfy bed. Only negative was not enough TP , towels not enough for 4 days, and no internet. I did chat with support, no issues were resolved. But it didn’t hamper our stay"

"A lovely hotel with friendly and accomodating staff. The safe wasnt working in my room and they sent someone up straight away. Unfortunately, it was broken and they moved me to another (better) room. I needed an adaptor which Abdel very kindly helped me with. Breakfast was average and not many vegetarian options - the hash browns and mushrooms were not well cooked. A really pleasant stay and I would definitely come back. "
