"A bizarre experience… Wasn’t able to actually stay at this property as I never received check-in instructions from the host. Unfortunately the host read and ignored my messages and emails as well as communications from the property manager (they weren’t much help either), for reasons unknown. Luckily hotels.com stepped in and gave me a full refund + a voucher for compensation."

"Great space considering it is London. 30 mins on tube into central London. 5 minute walk to Wood Green tube station. Nice outdoor terrace. Kitchen is the nicest room im the apartment. Some areas are a little tired looking and need attention, eg. Window ledge, shower screen, broken lock on door. Lamp shade in lounge had cobwebs and flies trapped inside, however, everything else seemed clean. "I was extremely surprised. This was a hidden gem! I was surprised it was equipped with all amenities; kettle, toaster, microwave, dining seating as well as a 2-ring stove. A really lovely accommodation, we were taken aback. The property owner was lovely, pleasant and friendly, he really took the time to show us where everything was. We will most definitely be staying here again in the future."

"Good quiet location, good facilities Parking can be a bit difficult depending on when you are arriving back home. I was working late night so parking was very limited when arriving back, but managed to park on the drive of the property. This could be best option to arrange to park there. "

"Overall my five nights stay in this hotel was great and will be back since my family lives there. Location is excellent. Front desk staff needed to be more patient. I have prepaid all my nights in the hotel with a third party. The lady in the front insisted that it was not prepaid, charged my husband's credit card. When I went downstairs to clarify with my bank statement and my paid invoices she still insisted that I was wrong. A gentleman called Philip came and within 5 seconds he said I have already paid through a third party. Philip acted very professionally and he apologized for her errors."

What a joy

"What a joy it was to discover this hotel. In addition to all the normal great things you'd look for in a hotel (great location, spotlessly clean, friendly staff, comfort) the hotel had lots of quirky things around that made us grin/laugh out loud/engage in conversations with other guests during our stay. And the breakfast!!! The breakfast!! So much variety. Thank you Moxy Hotel, Stratford. You made our weekend in London so much lovelier."
