"I had a very good stay in Studio 3. The studio was spacious and very well appointed and very clean. A special mention for the bed which was the most comfortable bed I have slept in for years! The wet room/ bathroom was fabulous too as was the layout of the whole place including the well equipped kitchen with excellent fridge. The reason for 4 not 5 stars was because of the annoying noise from a nearby air extractor or air conditioning unit which disturbed my sleep on my last night in...

"As part of a European road trip, we booked these apartments for a two night stay but now wish we had booked to stay for longer. The apartments are very modern, with nice decor and have everything that you need, Outside there is a large bbq area and fire pit. The location is beautiful, it’s by the river with views over the mountains. The owner Viktor and his family are very nice people and make you feel most welcome. "

"Overall a nice property especially with the patio. Clean and comfortable. The two things not liked is the fridge could be colder and not finding out about cash payment instead of card until arriving created extra work and cost more since I had to pay the sevice fee for the exchange rate. "

"The bed was comfortable, the location was excellent and the host was accommodating. But with some more care it would have been excellent. There were no towels or soap in the bathroom. No hand soap in the kitchen. Some of the crockery and cutlery was not completely clean. There was no bracket for the shower head in a very complicated shower with no instructions."

"No words can describe the calmness that you feel when exiting the front door!! Lovely surroundings, super clean and convenient! They are super friendly and the owner left a wine and home made cookies for us! We are definitely coming back!!!"

"Nous avons pris le logement pour ranger nos vélos en toute sécurité. C’était pour notre part le seul avantage de ce logement. Il y a des logements moins cher en centre ville. L’espace extérieur ne correspond pas à un jardin privatif. Le logement donne sur l’emplacement voiture de la propriétaire qui est à 20m. L’intérieur n’est pas pratique (une partie du lit est collé au mur, l’espace salon est en contre bas ). Très mauvais accueil en arrivant. Attente de 40 min avant de pouvoir obtenir le code...

"We hadden een fijn verblijf en mochten eerder inchecken. We troffen de eigenaar bij aankomst aan en communicatie was fijn en soepel, ook vooraf per mail. Het OV stopt voor de deur, maar het centrum is ook goed aan te lopen. Supermarkt om de hoek. Accomodatie was netjes, compleet en goed verzorgd. "

"Everything was fantastic. All the little mod cons like HDMI connection in the wall to use my Firestick, USB C charging points, even a UK plug socket in the wall. I had the castle view room, which i only saw for one day because of the fog, which was the same for the easy bus journey to Lake Bled. I will just have to return again. Ljubljana is stunning!!"

Perfect stay time and time again.

"This was our second time staying at this hotel, and both times were amazing. This hotel has proved to be consistently one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at. It is extremely comfortable, clean, updated, and the staff are beyond friendly and helpful. The location is also perfectly centralized to most things in Ljubljana. I can not recommend this hotel enough. "

"On arrival, reception said they had a maintenance issue so had upgraded us to the sister Hotel Union next door. Therefore my review is really for that hotel, but the two hotels share some facilities e.g. swimming pool and will have some shared standards and staffing. Service was excellent throughout, especially when they found my husband's lost property. Breakfast very good, with great quality and selection of food. Location is brilliant, walking distance from sights, shops, restaurants and station. We really enjoyed our stay."
