"Extremely clean and neat. Very quiet once inside the unit. The ONLY issue we had at all was parking. We were not comfortable parking side of the back street it’s on in the rear of building where you enter the property. We found used needles right outside the back gate, where you enter and exit the property. Otherwise, the place is so cute and just perfect. Our stay was comfy and so was the bed. The only thing that could make it better was to have private parking. "

"We hade a lovely time staying at this quaint apartment in Beverly. We were sight seeing in Salem and it was just a quick 10 minute drive into the city. Everything was great in the apartment except not being able to control the thermostat ourselves as it was in the basement we did not have access to. Other than that it was a perfect stay. "

"The apartment is spacious, clean and convenient to the Common park. The reception is very helpful to arrange my suddenly early check-in. I would recommend to whom join the Boston marathon as it also closes to the finish line."
