The hotel situated right in the old town, easy to walk to everywhere . Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is adequate, perhaps it would be better if they change a little bit. Check in and check out were very smoothly, no problem at all .

Staff, Karima and others are amazing. Karima’s smile is captivating and her helpfulness and ability to quickly resolve situations that some might find difficult, is what sets her apart from others. There was a staff member in the night shift that was equally helpful and friendly, and truly is them that made a difference and our stay at the hotel comfortable. Hotel’s property, even though we were in a superior and it seems recently renovated room, were just average, especially for the price we paid. Bedsheets and pillows were not clean, and that was very disappointing. We found that out at night when we were going ready for bed. I asked for the new pillow case, and when removing the dirty one, seeing how stained and disgusting the pillow was, I asked for a new pillow too. Unfortunately, after a super nice receptionist went on a hunt for a new pillow, what she got was also dirty and unusable.

Great location, good room
Highlight is the location near old town and bazaar. It’s a little simple and dated bathroom but the location makes up for it. I was a first floor room so people periodically walked right past my room. Hair dryer didn’t work. Otherwise a suitable stay.

Nice hotel in a great location in Old Town. Standard slightly small room..not a big deal. The only problem is the mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. Breakfast was good, staff were all super helpful

A well run hotel located in the Baščaršija area of Sarajevo, it's meters from the historic Latin Bridge, and the Old Town. It's a superb base for exploring Sarajevo by foot and there are lots of tea houses and restaurants nearby. The room was of a good standard, with a fridge and a kettle for use. The bathroom was well appointed and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was available too, and was also very good quality and value. I would recommend staying here

Da evitare assolutamente
Hotel da evitare per diversi motivi. Scrivono di avere servizi che non hanno. Mandano mail di customer care e trattano male i clienti, senza trovate una soluzione ( facevano con tranquillità cena mentre il cliente era in difficoltà per una stanza senza aria condizionata e senza nenche gli asciugamani). Personale in reception inadeguato, inefficiente e maleducato per qualsiasi posto. Il parcheggio non c'è pur dichiarandolo (fanno pagare una strada interna stretta che è in fila indiana, forse utile solo per carico e scarico o se no si ha a 300 m in altro hotel in cui non prendono nenche la carta di credito!!). Non è un 4 stelle, forse un 2 ma caro come se fosse un 5 stelle!. Evitatelo e vi eviterete problemi. In centro ci so o molto altri hotel in cui soggiornare.
