"This hotel is great, from the service and location it was spectacular. I was in the Premium King Bed with balcony and the room was spacious; the bed was large and the room was very clean. The balcony had a beautiful view of the city. The lobby area and the rooftop area are very nice, I enjoyed using the gym and sauna daily. Location wise for someone visiting from Canada was great, lots of high end restaurants and bars in the area, close to museums and other attractions, and as a solo traveler I...

"A very good hotel that will be even better once the refurbishment is completed. The unrefurbished rooms are still very comfortable if a little tired. The showers have little water pressure. The gym also needs to be undated. The pool is fine but the loungers are designed to be maximally uncomfortable- they definitely need to be replaced. However, breakfast is excellent. Above all the staff are fantastic. We have stayed many times and will do again when back in São Paulo."
