"Water leaks from the shower and covers the bathroom floor. Irresponsible and dangerous on the properties responsibility. Made a reservation for 6 days. When I arrived, they refused to honor my reservation. I would stay here for a place to keep my luggage somewhat safe."

"A peaceful oasis! We stayed in the Cocos room and were lucky to enjoy the sunset every evening from our terrace. The pool was gorgeous and we spend most of the afternoons lounging there. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful experience. We would highly recommend."
