Overall, we had a good experience, but it had a rough start. We had requested a shuttle service from the airport. Somehow, the shuttle bus which only goes once an hour, did not see us, although we were standing in the parking location as directed. We stood there for about an hour and then called an Uber.
The hot water wasn’t working. But after speaking with the front desk, they were able to get it going sometime in the middle of the night. By the morning, the water was working.
The air conditioner wasn’t working properly. But again spoke to the front desk and someone came up quickly and got it to work better but still was not completely cooling to the desired setting.
Both Rodrigo and Matthias at the front desk were very helpful in getting the things we needed. They even allow us to stay two hours past the normal checkout time as a courtesy since our flight out of Santiago was nearly 11 o’clock that night.
We appreciate the service even though there were a few glitches. That happens, and Rodrigo and Matthias quickly tried to care for our needs.
