There was no drinkable water. The shower went from very hot to very cold and was not comfortable. There were dogs outdoor that barked from 2.30 am until 8 am. If you don't have a car, the walk into town is dusty and hot and takes about 10 minutes. Good: the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool was nice and very refreshing on a hot day.

Don't go there. Guides don't know where it is. There is no sign in front indicating that this is a hotel. There is no staff on duty,at any time. The guide will have to call Hotel Don Sebastian, who will send someone on a bicycle to give you the key. You'll need to speak good Spanish if you have a question. There is no heating, there is no conditioning. You'll suffocate during the day, and won't be able to open windows in the evening, otherwise flies will invade the room. There is no breakfast. There are kitchenette facilities, but matches, cleaning supplies, ... are not provided. It's about 800 meters from the village center through dusty roads. OK in the morning and evening, suffocating during the day. There is a basic restaurant and a decent store 400 meters away. You cannot pay your bill on the premises, you'll have to go to the hotel. Mostly, it's far from everything.

buena opcion en San Pedro de Atacama
Muy buenas cabañas,con una vista increíble, con mucha fauna local,mantis,arañas,perros,etc... todo muy bien,excelante wifi, pero la ubicación mal señalada en google maps,todos los operadores de tours se perdían. Mi única queja es que las almohadas eran malas,y para pagar tuvimos que ir al hotel tres veces,pues ahí no hay recepción y la máquina para pasar la tarjeta la tenían descompuesta.

Buen lugar. muy tranquilo, eso se agradece. El encargado don Orlando muy amable, nos oriento al llegar, y siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudarnos en lo que necesitamos. Lo único que le falta son más artículos de cocina, ya que al ser equipadas, la idea es poder cocinar y faltan cosas como sartenes, ollas, tetera, tenia muy pocos platos y tazas, etc. Es lo único que debiesen mejorar para que la estadía sea perfecta. En todo caso, lugar recomendado.

En la página mencionan que las cabañas tienen aire acondicionado lo cual no es así, no tienen recepción por tanto dificil encontrar al administrador para consultas. Sugiero detallar la dirección exacta, problemas para llegar cuando nos recogían para los tours o transfer. A 15 minutos del centro caminando. Destaco la limpieza de la cabaña.

The worst experience
Fiz a reserva pelo Hoteis.com e constava ar-condicionado e lareira. Chegamos a Cabanas, nada disso existia. O proprietário do estabelecimento é extremamente rude, grosso, mal educado, inflexível e nos tratou muito mal, fora o comportamento dele desleal. Uma viagem programada e com a diária super caro, chegamos lá, nos colocaram em uma cabana sem fogão funcionando, sem ar condicionado e sem colchão extra. E para piorar, quando fomos pagar, o proprietário cobrou automaticamente 100 dólares a mais (sem nos consultar). Não recomendo a estadia. E os dados que constam em suas cabanas são inexistentes. I booked through Hotels.com and it included air conditioning and a fireplace. We arrived at Cabanas, none of this existed. The owner of the establishment is extremely rude, inflexible and treated us very badly, out of his disloyal behavior. A scheduled trip and with the super expensive daily, we got there, put us in a cabin without stove running, no air conditioning and no extra mattress. And to make matters worse, when we went to pay, the owner automatically charged us $ 100 more (without consulting us). Would not recommend to stay. And what are list the details, they are non-existent.

Os responsáveis pelo estabelecimento sequer olham em nossa cara, não comprimentam tão pouco pergunta se precisa de algo. O estabelecimento fica 1.2km do centro e não 500mts como diz no site. Tem cachorros que comem chinelos e sandálias. Falta vassoura e pano de chão. Tem aranhas e moscas no quarto. O terreno é de pedra cascalho o que faz com que o transporte de malas e carrinho de criança fique muito difícil. O estabelecimento não tem maquina de cartão sendo necessário ir até o centro para passar no outro hotel. Tentamos 3 vezes sem sucesso.

Não há uma recepção estruturado no local. Se não fosse pelo motorista do transfer teria ficado isolado em um local desconhecido. Ele nos levou ao hotel que é proprietário deste local para que de lá fosse feita uma ligação para que uma pessoa viesse abrir o local. Apesar da informação no site,no local não há ar condicionado, cooktop e tão pouco café da manhã. A estrutura não funciona. tive que me dirigir ao hotel proprietário para efetuar o pagamento, onde fui bem atendido. As informações naocondizem com a estrutura apresentada. Complementando o ralo do box estava entupido. A TV não estava programada para funcionar

ERRO DE ENDEREÇO E MAPA. 1200 metros de caminhada
1200 metros da Rua Caracoles, onde se encontram as agencias e de onde saem os passeios vespertinos. Erro dos sites e/ou do proprietário. Chalés bastante simples mas limpos. O proprietário cede lenha para a lareira, indispensável para enfrentar o frio desta época do ano. Bom para famílias que não se incomodam em caminhar.

Boa opção de estadia em San Pedro de Atacama
As cabanas são confortáveis e limpas possuem cozinha completa,televisão por satelite e quarto com roupas de cama. As toalhas são trocadas a cada dois dias e o atendimento do proprietário (Don Orlando) é bom. O problema que tivemos na chegada foi em relação ao endereço que está errado no site. consta como sendo rua DOMINGO ALTIENZA - quando na verdade é rua Cklapana. É que existem dois San Sebastian - um é o hotel e o outro é as cabanas.

Bon séjour dans une "cabane" à San Pedro
Bon séjour à San Pedro de Atacama dans bungalow autour d'une piscine. Attention, la réception n'est pas à la même adresse donc bien précisé ce point pour le shuttle, mais il y a un gardien sur place (qusi-invisible (ce qui n'est pas mal). "Cabana" un peu excentrée du centre (10 minutes à pied) mais très agréable par rapport aux conditions de vie dans les Hostales (et pas la même gamme non plus). Endroit recommandé.

À déconseiller
Les cabanas sont à Solcor, et non à San Pedro de Atacama. L'absence d'enseigne à l'établissement en question fait qu'il est impossible de le trouver (à moins de savoir d'expérience où il est situé!). Le jour de notre arrivée, il n'y avait personne sur les lieux pour nous accueillir. Nous avons donc dû attendre de longues minutes dans la rue, devant le portail, jusqu'à ce qu'un aimable chauffeur de taxi (qui passait par là par hasard) appelle à l'hôtel Don Sebastian pour prévenir de notre arrivée. Nous avons attendu encore une vingtaine de minutes avant que quelqu'un ne se présente. Le Wi-Fi ne se rendait pas jusqu'à notre cabana. Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans le site d'Expedia, aucun déjeuner-buffet n'est offert, et il n'y a pas non plus de personnel en permanence sur les lieux (nous avons dû, notamment, aller régler la note à San Pedro). Les cabanas sont petites (contrairement à la photo qui paraît dans le site d'Expedia) et le confort est très sommaire : aucun fauteuil ni canapé où s'asseoir. Il n'y a pas de four, ni micro-ondes, ni poêlons, ni casseroles, ni savon, ni linge à vaisselle dans la cuisine. La propreté des lieux laissait à désirer. Le ménage était plus que sommaire. Ainsi, dans la cuisine, nous avons trouvé à notre arrivée la bouilloire remplie de feuilles de thé noircies, probablement laissées là par un occupant précédent... Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude à notre arrivée et nous avons attendu trois jours le remplacement d'une ampoule grillée
