I wish I could rate the staff higher than ‘excellent”, from the concierge staff to the housekeepers to the porters, all fantastic. A special shout out to ‘Pancho’ , the resident mascot dog (Bernese Mountain Dog). Breakfast is wonderful and the rooftop restaurant and bar is lovely. The rooms are a little small but they have all the necessities and great showers. IMO it is in the nicest part of town, just the right amount of quiet yet convenient to everything you would want to see. Oh yes, they have their own parking garage if you choose to rent a car.

We loved everything about this property!! Rooms were nice and staff was nice and extremely helpful with anything we needed. Room service was fast and breakfast was always delicious. Hotel was within walking distance to center. We will definitely be back here on our next trip.

The property is very new and peaceful. It has a “Zen” like environment. The staff is professionally cordial and attentive. The only inconvenience was the elevator was often out of order during my stay. Its location is within walking distance of the iconic cathederal.

This is a brand new hotel. Everything about it was amazing. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Good at both restaurants was delicious. The hotel itself is beautiful. Loved the artwork all around. And especially loved Pancho, the hotel dog. The sweetest dog with the biggest puppy eyes. Will be staying there on our next trip down to San Miguel!!

My family and I spent 10 days at this beautiful hotel. The design layout of this hotel is stunning not to mention that the views from the roof top pool are stunning. But really what made this property special is the staff they were kind of friendly and very engaged in a way that was very easy. Actually one of the more beautiful places I've stayed as far as overall approach and feeling at ease. And the hotel dog Pancho made it all the better. Thanks to all.

From the moment we entered the facility thru departure, all services & facilities exceeded expectations. Paramount was the customer service, personnel & managment "get it" at this property. All staff went above & beyond to ensure our stay at the property plus San Miguel went smoothly. Food & Beverage also "top shelf"; bar service lovely as bartender created on the spot drinks suited to his customer base. all in all, loved the property & personnel...we'll return. they will surely give thier front row neighbors a run for their money and capture market share quickly

Increíble, la decoración, el confort, todos los espacios confortables muy bien distribuidos con increíble decoración y muy bien equipados. Muy cerca de todo cuenta con estacionamiento. El área de la alberca padrísima climatizada nos tocó aproximadamente a 36 grados. Padrísimo el roof top Y el servicio excelente súper agradables: Enrique, Alexis, Jorge, Brittany, Jesús. Todos con increíble trato y muy dispuestos. También nos tocó Pool party con DJ padrísimo. Todo Increíble por mucho que el mejor lugar de San Miguel de Allende
