It is located in a very walkable area lots of things to do. Felt safe walking late at night. However, it definitely needs an update bed sounded like it was breaking every time one sat. It was very stuffy and smelled moldy. Everything just looked worn out. When cleaning the rooms each day all they did was clean the bathroom counter and replace towels with clean ones. Despite all this the staff was amazing very helpful, friendly, and gave great recommendations.

When we first got to the room and place our items in the table, little tiny ants appeared on the table. I immediately let the desk person know this. Then the next night the power went out. There was no power for almost 3days and the AC was out for three nights. It was extremely hot in our room for the majority of our stay. The roof top hot tub was cold, never hot. It was won of the worst stays ever for me.

Location and staff was perfect! The main problem is there is no humidity control in the rooms. Our clothes and bedding always felt damp. After a hot shower, the floors were slippery. The place is run down and the jacuzzi does not work.

The Wave hotel was a pretty well located hotel and the bathroom and sheets were super clean. A/c was super cold and staff was nice. Theres a parking lot behind the dispensary that allows overnight parking for $25 as parking is scarce around the holidays. The first day was the worst, the room smelled musty and it was hard to sleep in. I went to the restroom which had mold on the ceiling. The room in front of us was being aired out and the door kept open night and day with a hanger across from us. The bed was pretty old and springy and the pillows pretty flat. I've stayed at motels that had a better sleeping experience. On the last night we awoke to the wonderful sound of someone retching his guts out. Ownership needs to own up and update the rooms and hallway carpet. The staff was great but unfortunately we wont pick this hotel again.
