"I have booked the hotel from 1/8/2025 to 1/10/2025 2 nights through Hotel.com. When I arrived at the hotel, the room was not clean. Many scraps of used tissue paper on the floor and hair/juice stains on the sheets. The pillowcases were also used. I asked the lady at the counter to replace them with new ones and clean them. She told me they had no extra pillowcases and sheets, and the cleaning staff was not available. I asked for a full refund and the lady said I had to talk to her manager the...
