The units are large and comfortable. The grounds are clean and beautiful. It is a drive from anything but that was ok for us as we did our big grocery shop on the way in and spent most of our days exploring Southern California.
Only let down was the pools were either not heated or if they were they were still cold.

This was my second stay at this property. The staff and l location are fantastic. On check-in, I did experience a foul odour of urine in my room. I reported this to reception and was provided a new room. My first stay was perfect, this time however; the odour in the room, and tiredness of the replacement room were a bit of a shame. The replacement room had a toilet seat that was not fixed to the toilet, the sink had a large crack in it, and the sink tap was wobbly and loose. Other than that, it is a great place to stay. A little more attention to wear and tear would get this property back to the standard I experienced on my first stay.
In saying all of this, the water cooler on each floor was appreciated, as was the water and candy station located in reception. I would stay at this property again despite the mentioned issues.
