As soon as I walked in there was a trash musty smell. I wanted to cancel but it was too late. Then an employee walked across me with a trash bag that was leaking dirty fluids I told him it was leaking and he ignored me so now there was a trail of trash fluid from the entry all the way down the hall. Second the elevators smelled like weed. So we get to our room and it was uhh ok. Dirty we didn’t walk in the carpet with out shoes the tub was dirty the toilet didn’t flush well, towels has make up stains on it. But we figured it was just one night. So the next morning at check out the trash stain were still on the floors smh:.. The floors were filthy as if no one mopped in weeks. btw.. Breakfast was from 6:30-8:30 who in the world wouldn’t get up that early anyhow we didn’t eat there I’m sure it was nasty. Well never again.. for a few more bucks could have stayed at better hotel. The lobby had ripped pillows nothing like on google pictures.

The hotel itself was nice. Room, staff, and location compared to everything. But the area around hotel is terrible. Someone hit our car in the parking lot the first night while we were asleep. Now havin to deal with the hit and run smh. Also busted glass on the ground around the parking lot from a string of car breakins from the past few weeks. Advise caution in staying here.

Mattress was bad, it was like sleeping on a board, very little toilet paper on the roll, we had to go down to the lobby and ask for some, toilet seat was dirty, had to clean it with my disinfectant wipes, parking was unsafe. 5 vehicles were broken into the 2 nights we were there. Had never stayed on that side of SA.

My family and I had a terrible experience at the hotel, our room was horrible the dirty beds, the sheets were not white they were yellow with stains, there was hair on the beds, the bathroom had a terrible smell, I ordered new sheets and they made me change them myself for equally ugly ones ..... I do not recommend at all this hotel I have previously stayed in comfort inn other cities and everything had been fine but in this hotel it was a terrible cleaning experience

It was a weekend stay but the service was really good. All the staff we encountered were very courteous and helpful. We had to problems getting extra towels and other things. There was an issue with the hot tub but they were quick to respond and attend to it. The breakfast was simple but had a variety of items.
