"This property is amazing, first thing first it really nice, we arrived late night and trust me it’s worth it for the eyes. The staff on all level is awesome, super friendly and available for you, the rooms are big and have all the amenities you expect from those kind of hotels, easy parking, easy transportation to the center of Deauville and back to the hotel thanks to their shuttle that runs for a large part of the day and night, if you like golf there is a whole green as part of the hotel. "Wonderful staff that was very friendly and helpful. We booked 2 superior rooms. One was beautiful and clean. The other had hair in the drain and the garbage had not been dumped and a stain on the carpet. The breakfast was food, excellent croissants. Pool was heated but the hot tub wasn’t hot enough to sit in the cold weather. I believe they said 100. It needed to be at least 105. I do recommend this hotel. The massage therapist isn’t always on site so I don’t know of you have to book that in...

"The room was very comfortable and well set-up. The bathroom and shower were excellent. There was an extensive breakfast that was available starting at 6:00, as we left fairly early every day. We were able to park on the street close to the hotel all 3 nights we stayed. It was a convenient location, easy to get to the highway, just across the river from the city of Caen and near several restaurants and stores."
