Overall our stay wasn't bad, but the property is located in a difficult spot for transportation to get to, it is a loud area, and the amenities are limited. It was well taken care of and the staff was very nice. It located close to Central world, which is a plus for some, but our bed was very stiff and the breakfast was unimpressive. For the price it wasn't a bad option considering it was New Year's and the surrounding hotels were much more expensive.

Wonderful hotel in a great location in the SalaDaeng / Silom area of Bangkok. The property itself had great amenities (pool was very nice, gym was better than many other hotel gyms, self service laundry room on-site). The room was very comfortable with tons of cabinets in the bedroom for clothes and luggage. Washroom was in great condition and our suite had a separate dining area and kitchenette. Breakfast buffet was pretty typical compared to other hotels in the area. Right across the street from the property is a magnificent food hall with so many different dining options that will satisfy everyone in your group! We will stay here again next time we visit Bangkok, this is my favourite property in the Silom area so far.

Decent place for the money Clean interior and sheets. The room has a strong mildew/damp smell. Quick WiFi. Very average breakfast. Nice distance to BTS and complementary tuktuk

Property was nice, staff was very courteous. The problem was that I booked 2 rooms for a group that weren’t family. A girlfriend that I travel with and myself were in one room and another friend and her husband were in another room. We checked in, split off from the married couple and the desk got the rooms totally backwards and documented that I was with the man and presented me with bills upon departure with supposedly my charges with his name and room number listed. My friend and I paid cash for our charges, did not receive a receipt, then a few minutes later were given more charges for ice cream Sundays agin for his room but charged to me but these Sundays were never ordered by any of the 4 of us. We hung around a while while they tried to find the bills then presented us with charges that were not signed by any of us. After 15 minutes, they said it was ok, not to worry, no charges would be posted. After we left I got a message that myself and the man that went with us still owe a bill for “our” room! What a cluster. They would not and could not understand the confusion. I’m still trying to get copies of the charges, which amount to about $25.00 USD. The four of us stayed there 3 nights. Such a small amount to go round and round about. Other than that it was fine.

I didn't wanna complain as much and I checked in the hotel. They had a smell that I could not stop coughing and it made me sick for the three days I was there and I made a complaint about it and they apologize and he said it was gonna clean the room, but it wasn't the room. It was the vent and I found out would not stop coughing I cough so bad. I had a headache for the night. I was there. I had to leave the hotel and get another hotel room and another area. I know they under renovation are they did some renovations but the smell I can smell it coming through the bed and I stay for a day or so and then I start watching the staff. They were doing the same thing they were coughing, just like me so even other people around and I was like you can't just be me and then I was noticing it for a while and that's what made me decide to find another hotel cause it was hurting me so bad I had chest painand like I said, I had to check out and purchase another hotel and I was really disappointed in that cause I like that hotel it was just something things were not the way it used to be when I used to stay there
