"What an amazing place! The Stardome is beautiful, both the structure itself and the gorgeous property it is located on. We stayed in the Puma room which had a beautiful view over the valley below, looking straight out at the mountains. The room was cozy and luxurious, with a great bathroom too. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, and had an awesome garden below the window where we could watch exotic hummingbirds. Unfortunately it was cloudy and rainy on the one night that we stayed so we didn’t see any stars, but we did get to listen to the sound of raindrops hitting the dome and saw some cool lightning. The road up is a quite crazy, but our driver handled it well. It is near Ollantaytambo town…about a 25 minute drive or so. Really cool place to stay and worth stopping for a night or two! We stayed on our way to Machu Picchu. "

"Excellent place , right on railroad so can be noisy during night , but it is also is the charm about this property . Phenomenal food and breakfast. Beautiful garden and farm . Highly recommend for two nights , Ollantaytambo is beautiful and ruins and walk to ruins is beautiful. "

"Jorge/ George was an excellent host. Freshly made breakfast, elegantly served. Nice Christmas decorations. George was very helpful with useful suggestions and stored our luggage while we went to Machu Picchu. Courteous staff. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "

"Once you arrive at the property it’s an awesome experience- the vast property with green grass and sitting areas next to fireplaces and others was great! The property has 3 Alpaca and 1 lama and those are very very friendly- my kids would not stop talking about those :) The breakfast is great and the staff is awesome and there are things to do in the property. The view out our window was so awesome. Now coming to the issues - the property secluded and we were arriving after 10pm on a rainy night after our flight to Cusco. There was a road that was closed and it had no directions. Our taxi driver was confused and we were worried as there were no signs from the hotel. He eventually went back a kilometer and figured a way but it was a bit confusing for sometime. Since we were arriving late we ordered a small pizza for our kids but when we reached we were told that the order was not made and the kitchen was closed. There was nothing within walking distance so our kids slept hungry. I loved the property and will stay there again but next time we will plan better !! "

"Very whimsical and rounded edges throughout. The acoustics carry throughout the room. Beautiful landscape that flows into the hotel. Food is prepared fresh as you order. Staff was excellent and great communication. "

"the room and bathroom were both spacious and clean, all of the staff was fantastic, and the breakfast was the best ive had at any of the hotels on my trip so far. Its close to all the inca sites and the main street in town, and close to the train station as well, but far enough away where it is still quiet and easy to sleep! 10/10 wpuld stay here again"
