"This is a beautiful property with an incredible reserve on site. There are so many beautiful positives about this resort. The staff are warm and friendly. We stayed in the garden executive suite which was great for us as as a family with 2 small children. The room was large with beautiful decor. The kids pool area was great for both kids (5 8). The kids club is included in stay and had several activities but neither of my children wanted to take part. There are several chargeable water ports and free use of kayaks and bodyboards each day. There is a dedicated games area with several board games and food ball tables etc. The highlight is the amazing reserve - several walks and tours take place with the knowledgable staff. We took the sunrise breakfast which was incredible. Breakfast is great with a huge variety and dedicated kids area. The only downside to the resort is the price of food for both lunch and dinner. This is incredibly pricey and you can easily spend £150 on dinner for a family of 4 (without alcohol). If we were to book again I would definitely get an all inclusive rate. Service for lunch and dinner is also quite slow which can be frustrating at times. However we would return in a heartbeat and would heartily recommend."

"Much better than expected after reading the other reviews. By standards of Semporna, this hotel is very good. My room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff members were nice, but completely failed at the one thing people actually come to Semporna for - information about day trips to the nearby islands. It felt like I was the first person to ever ask them about going to Mabul or Mataking. To be fair all “sales” people in Semporna were like this so not just an issue in this hotel. "

"Staff more than accommodating to halo allow us to enjoy our stay. Some wear and tear in the room and the AC in our room was a touch temperamental. Bed comfy, room large and quiet, reception friendly and helpful. Good central location. Pool was lovely after a days adventuring"

"Lovely hotel with good facilities and friendly staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. After arriving on a late flight I Was a little bit disappointed that we couldn’t get something to eat in the restaurant at 10.30 even though the closing time displayed was 11pm."

"I had a wonderful stay at Promenade Hotel KK and would like to especially commend their outstanding service. When my rental car broke down during my trip, the staff went above and beyond to assist me with the tapping out issue—something that could have been a real hassle without their help. I also truly appreciated how accommodating they were with my last-minute request for a late check-out. The level of hospitality here is top-notch, and the warmth of the team really made a difference during my stay. I’d also like to highlight the hotel’s restaurant—the food was great, and I absolutely loved their home-baked pastries. You can really taste the care that goes into their kitchen. Overall, an excellent experience. I’ll definitely be back!"

"Best for holiday trip. hotel facilitate with great equipment/ facilities , food options and scenery. Only the bar menu next to the pool i think its way too much over price and not worth it. The orher restaurant are reasonable. "
