Room was really clean and terrace was nice and opened up into a larger area. Old town was within walking distance, but raining a lot so didn't try it. "This is a lovely place when you can find it. It is not well signed. We had a nice room but not easy to access as in an annex over the roof !! They could not give us dinner as short of staff and a big party. We had a delightful and excellent dinner about 3 Km away."

"An absolutely perfect stay, Chateau du Martinet is exactly the place for which we had hoped: a gorgeous rustic building, charming grounds, and a friendly team of people that went out of their way to ensure all of our needs were met. The hotel is pet friendly, and two very friendly little dogs greeted us upon our arrival. The driveway is a bit oblique to the main road and we missed it the first time by. But that is no problem because it is worth the drive. I look forward to staying here again. ...
