Our experience at this accommodation was disappointing due to several issues. First, the main entrance doors are locked by 10 p.m., which caused significant inconvenience as we arrived late with two young children. We were directed to the bar on the opposite side of the building to contact the bar manager for a key. This process involved unloading only select belongings, walking back to the main entrance, and then returning for the rest of our luggage. It was exhausting after a long journey.
The room itself had a persistent bad smell, which was worsened by poor ventilation. There was only a very small window on one side of the room, trapping the odor inside. Additionally, the room was extremely hot with no air conditioning—just a fan that didn’t work effectively. This made it very uncomfortable to relax or sleep.
To add to the disappointment, there were cleanliness issues. The kettle in the kitchenette was covered in dust, and there was no microwave available to heat food. These shortcomings made the stay far from convenient or comfortable.
I hope the property management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future guests.
