“El hotel Magic Moment Resort and Kids Club tiene muchas bondades que lo hacen destacar. Las instalaciones son bonitas, y su ambiente familiar es ideal para los niños. Sin embargo, la limpieza de las habitaciones podría mejorar. Se supone que la realizan cada 3 días, pero durante nuestra estadía no vimos que la hicieran; solo cambiaron las toallas y vaciaron los basureros. A pesar de este detalle, me gustó mucho el lugar y definitivamente consideraría regresar en el futuro.”

There was no hot water in the shower the whole time. I didn't say anything because they texted us the first night saying they were fixing something with the water overnight but it didn't work. The tub and sinks had water but not the shower. It also sounded like there was water running in the bathroom wall behind the toilet.

Our stay at ETTE was great, and Leandro, who assisted us at checkout, really stood out. He was both friendly and professional, and his thoughtful farewell added a personal touch that made our departure feel special. ETTE itself offers a calm and elegant setting, perfect for relaxing after a busy day at the parks. It’s clear that ETTE values quality service, and Leandro’s attentiveness is a great reflection of that. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Orlando.

Overall the property was great I can’t wait to come back once it’s complete. Only a few things 1.) pool was not hot enough barely luke warm even after maintenance came to check. 2.) floors are nice but stairs were very slippery 3.) I would recommend a bench or two in shuttle areas and a broom in the kitchen area.
