"Overall, it was a great experience. The Staybridge is our favorite hotel to stay at when visiting Rochester. We’ve always had nice, quiet rooms; however this stay we were given room that was on first floor and our room was directly on a wall next to the parking garage and we heard the garage door open/close every few minutes throughout the day/night. So, that was unfortunate. It will not deter us from staying here again. We’ll just request not to be next to the parking. "
