Isabella and Marco are the most kind and welcoming hosts I have ever met. They treat you like family and will go over and beyond to make you feel at home. Their home is tastefully decorated and beautiful. Marco made a "small" aperitif or snack for us when we arrived. It was a full meal! He made "pallotte cacio e ova," a pizza and served it with local wine. While we were eating, Isabella insisted, "Let me make you some spaghetti so you don't have to go out in the cold for dinner." A fine dessert was provided by their son's girlfriend who made it for her baking exam. Breakfast consisted of an omelet, pastries, coffee, yogurt and freshly squeezed orange juice. If I could give a 100-star rating, I would. You get much more than you pay for at Casa Isabella, especially because of the kindness and generosity of the hosts who show that they love to entertain and to serve. They are a true testament to authentic Italian and Christian civilization. Grazie mille, Isabella and Marco!

What a wonderful time spending several days with Isabella and Marco in their beautiful home. They could not have done more to make my stay comfortable, enjoyable and hospitable. They will welcome you into their home from the moment you arrive until you depart. I especially loved their delicious breakfast on the terrace! Rocca San Giovanni is very convenient to Fossacessia Marina where you can park your car, go to the beach ot rent a bike and drive the bike path to Ortona. Or even drive over to Lanciano. Cinque Stelle!!!

Every detail of the very character full house is beautiful from original features through to soft furnishings and colours. The breakfast was fantastic. First of all, let me congratulate Isabella and Marco on providing us with the most beautiful and friendly stay at a B&B ever! From the moment we arrived until when we departed two days later, we felt as if we we were long lost Italian cugini (cousins). They welcomed us at the door and prepared us a wonderful pasta lunch which was more like a dinner in a fine restaurant. Then we were led up to a beautiful period room with a canopy bed. Every detail was lovingly selected. Breakfast out on the veranda was a magnificent affair each morning and sitting there in the evening watching the sunset over the Adriatic in the distance was a relaxing experience. I had fallen in love with their place online while looking for a town close to my mother's parents birthplace (Castel Frentano). They were also helpful in my researching for my roots. I was successful in digging up unknown information and I'm awaiting more information in early July from the Municipality of Castel Frentano on my orphaned great grandfather. Fingers crossed. We took pictures upon leaving hoping to return some day re-engaging with my 'new' famiglia - Isabella and Marco. Grazia, Michael and Cinzia.

we had a great stay at this lovely B&B. Isabella and Marco could not have been any more gracious. We arrived hungry in the aftertand our hosts were kind enough to make us a delicious lunch. Our room was gorgeous, beautiful linens, comfy pillows, and very quiet. Our breakfast the next morning, on the terrace was out of this world. Eggs and bacon, local pastries, yogurt with honey and pine nuts, fresh fruit, fresh pear juice, coffee, tea. Let’s just say we didn’t need lunch. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay for a couple more nights.

We had the most lovely stay at Casa Isabella. We were greeted warmly by Marco and Isabella. They settled us into our room and then served wine, bruschetta and ice cream on the terrace. Marco have us a wonderful local restaurant recommendation and also a couple of stops for us to visit on our drive back to Rome the next day (which we enjoyed so much!)! They have such a charming home and make you feel so comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was incredible and they sent us off with wonderful memories at Casa Isabella!!

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte nella struttura Casa Isabella. Siamo stati accolti in maniera eccellente, superba direi, dalla Signora Isabella e da suo marito, i quali al nostro arrivo ci hanno preparato una deliziosa merenda di benvenuto nella splendida terrazza della struttura. Isabella, la proprietaria, denota una particolare eleganza e cortesia nell'accoglienza. Suo marito, ci ha coccolato preparando una gustosa omelette per la colazione. Location ottocentesca davvero affascinante, i proprietari due persone splendide che ci hanno coccolato dall'inizio alla fine, lasciandoci un piccolo cadeaux e uno spuntino da portare al mare...una coccola davvero piacevole. Casa Isabella was perfection! Elegant with old world charm, it is a must stay for anyone who is visiting the coast of the Adriatic. We could not say enough about their genuine hospitality. Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per appena due notti ed è stato un vero peccato non potersi fermare di più. Infatti abbiamo scoperto una stupenda ed elegante dimora storica, in cui tutto è curato nel minimo dettaglio. Isabella ( l' elegante padrona di casa) ti accoglie come se fossi un familiare e ti fa sentire immediatamente a tuo agio. Marco è pieno di consigli su cosa visitare e dove mangiare nei dintorni. Abbiamo prenotato a casa Isabella la sera prima di ferragosto un po’ per caso ed è stata una bellissima sorpresa! Gli host sono eccezionali, l’accoglienza è stata come essere a casa e la struttura è incantevole. My husband & I had a great stay. Isabella and Marko are gracious & attentive hosts. Breakfasts are delicious and elegant served on a beautiful rooftop patio weather permitting. The house is beautiful and our room was spacious and comfortable. Isabella made our stay special with helpful tips and even recommended a local guide named Kitia who showed us a true Abruzzo experience. Such a lovely region with rich history, kind people and delicious wine! We highly recommend staying at Casa Isabella.

Casa Isabella,eleganza discreta.
Isabella e Marco sono a dir poco fantastici. Accoglienti ed empatici , sofisticati ed estremamente eleganti ma mai sopra le righe. Sanno accoglierti come se fossi uno della famiglia ma rispettano gli spazi e le esigenze. La casa,meravigliosa, esibita con la giusta modestia che è necessaria per ricevere ospiti sconosciuti. Dopo sole due notti di soggiorno mi sembra di aver lasciato degli amici. Tutto sublime.
