If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Our stay lasted maybe 5 minutes once we got into the room. We were too scared to even set our bags down in fear of bugs because of how dirty it was. We also got a non-smoking room and it smelled like someone had a party in there with 50 packs of cigarettes. The only good thing about this place is that they gave us a refund when we walked back down to the lobby. There were also white stains on the bed, I think we all know what that was. Not sure why anyone would want to sit on the bed let alone that but okay. Avoid it and go to the holiday inn 5 minutes away.

Terrible. Dirty room with trash and bed not laid. We had to reject and report it to the front desk. We were given another room and same terrible condition. Dim lights. Old colored sheets. We had to tell them we can’t stay there and got our full refund.

Only issue was Thin blankets and lack of ice machine on our floor. But overall decent place just to lay your head for a couple nights.

Absolutely disgusting, NOT UP TO CODE on any safety on this building. Electrical closet was wide open. The floors walls ceilings, panels walls door knobs entrance, anything to do with being a hotel or near it for that manner isn't even close. The smell is horrible, cigarettes and weed, the hotel room it's self absolutely terrible. Bed disgusting. Bathroom, VENTS smell terrible. NO SMOKE DETECTORS and electricity was wide open in the room!!! I walked in and immediately left and went to get refund! Nope they said no refunds. How funny for me right, I'm in the Marines traveling through no idea where I'm at and get this hell hole. So without being aggressive, I just left and went to the Hilton instead of getting refunded my $80. Absolutely the lowest of lows and terrible. The building needs to be torn down!

This place is an utter dump. There are literal unfinished planks sitting on paint buckets serving as long term seating options. Only one elevator worked - furniture had been permanently moved in front of the other one. The first room had a box spring covered in what looked like blood stains & crushed food. The faucets didn’t turn off. There was a super loud hallway beep, presumably a smoke detector. The second room (I asked to switch) had the curtains hanging from one hook, the rest dangling down. The interior of the lamp had been cleared out of wiring, it didi’t work. Stains everywhere. The bathtub faucet did not meet the shower wall, leaving an inch of pipe exposed. No one bothered to ask for a card for incidentals or damages because presumably that would imply they fix damages. Would not recommend this to anyone. In the plus side, the front desk guy was polite.

The toilet seat was cheap plastic and broken in pieces. Ridiculous. The TV was not plugged in and a wall picture was lying on the floor against the wall. Apparently it hit the TV cable and broke that cable connection.otherwise the room was clean. It's a hotel in need of maintenance. It looks like a once nice flagged hotel that has been sold independent and is now slowly declining into third world disrepair and messiness. Trash out front was overflowing the trash can. This is typical when a hotel gets sold to owners who have third world standards. Trash, disorder, poor maintenance and poor care are the hallmarks. Third world management.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!!! Difficult to locate, no sign, no exterior lighting. Extremely worn and in disrepair. There is an elevator, yay. The lock was broken off the room door. Blood spatter on the lampshade and wall. Filth on every wall surface. One pillow per bed, 2 towels, and no toilet paper provided for 4 guests. The toilet would not function! The carpet was so wrinkled it was a trip hazard. The carpet baseboard was falling off. There were cigarette burns completely through the bedspreads. The TV was broken. We had prepaid for a 2-night stay, and when we looked around and decided that we should leave, we were greeted by a sign at the front desk letting us know that no refunds would be given after 15 minutes. The desk was unattended, so my calls to the contact number began at the 14-minute mark. I was sent to voicemail, and it took several more calls over several more minutes for them to answer, and we were stuck. With no hope of a refund, and nowhere else to go, against our better judgment, we stayed. There was a sign restricting guests to a maximum 13-day stay, so I suspect that this is used as more of a low-cost residence than of any minimal level of a pleasure stay. Please, don’t make our mistake and stay here, keep looking!
