On our last morning there was no hot water available so a day of travelling home with no shower. Reported to the venue but no response.”

“Assez décu par rapport au prix. Pour un week end prolongé nous avons choisis cet établissement avec piscine pour pouvoir en profiter en famille. Cependant il n'est pas noté que l'espace piscine est fermé tous les samedis. Difficile de profiter de la piscine le dimanche etant donné que nous devons liberer les lieux vers 10h. Le jaccuzi est mis en route qu'a partir de 16h lorsque l'acceuil ouvre. Nous avons demandé a voir un responsable et on nous as simplement indiqué d'appeler le service client...
