"Nice older building with all renovated interior. Would definitely return. Safe area within walking distance to SAP as well as many restaurant options near by. Would recommend the valet service. I like the option for early check in as well for an additional charge. (12:00 rather than 4:00pm)"

"The room was very nice and very roomy. Upon entering the room, we noticed the room was also very clean. It had a large flat screen TV, free coffee in the room. The bed was very comfortable. I have given this hotel a n excellent rating but there are few things I feel I should address. One is the shower; you have a rainfall shower head and a handheld shower head. If you look at the water handle it shows red one direction and blue the other direction which usually means the control of the water temperature. But in this case if you turn to the blue the handheld shower come son and if you turn to the red the rainfall shower comes on and you really cannot adjust the water temperature. The second also has to do with the shower, when taking a shower, I highly stress be careful, there is a tile flooring n the shower and it gets very slippery when wet and there is nothing to prevent you from falling in the shower if you are not very careful. Those are the only 2 things I can see that needs addressed. "

"Nice historical property. The lobby was really pretty, especially the ceilings. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Lots of dining options nearby. Beds are comfortable."

"Pretty, historic property. Theres a shop in the lobby which is handy if you're looking for snacks. I had a BLT in the restaurant and it was huge and delicious. Friendly staff. The hotel grounds are beautiful and the history of the hotel is interesting. A little isolated, but we just ordered an Uber for going downtown. Would recommend if you like historical properties."

"It was great, the standard room was spacious for me and my 1.5 year old son. Very clean, our room was located by the elevator so appreciate the short walk traveling solo with my son. will be staying here again"
