"The hotel was very well situated for our needs and Great Dunmow is a very lovely spot, with a great feel to the high street. Upon arrival we were met by the receptionist, Mandy, who was friendly and knowledgeable and helped us with the usual arrival procedures. All of the staff were friendly and keen to help.
