A wonderful hotel at a great value. Nice-size room and bathroom. Clean, quiet. On six subway lines and across from Macy's. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very conveniently located. The room was small but clean and adequate. The staff with whom i dealt were courteous and efficient. Elevators could be full in the mornings.

9/10 Wonderful! (2,864 reviews)
Staff was great. I missed having a clock in the room. The shower walls provided a silhouette into the bedroom of the person taking a shower. Personally, I like more privacy than that. No microwave. No coffee maker. Breakfast served daily was incredible. However, i was disappointed that I couldn’t take a cup of coffee out of the dining room. But, the employees were all very nice.

Very large space for New York, perfect for family stay. Though the parking is offsite but just half of a block away, the doormen were very kind as well.

It’s Times Square
"Like all buildings in the area, it’s older. However, our room was clean and provided a comfortable, centrally located place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I do wish they would update their website to indicate they no longer have mini-fridges in the room. That’s something ..."
