"Star Suites is a modern, new and clean apartment in a high rise building within 8-10 min walk to the Petronas Towers and mall. The convenience of this roomy and luxurious apartment can’t be beat after the hotels we stayed at in our hops around SE Asia. "Loved the hotel. Very spacious and the staff is very friendly too. They even allowed slightly late checkout. Too bad I forgot to ask for a VIP Room Upgrade. Nevertheless highly recommended"

"Reservation team was quick in tacking the booking mistake made through Expedia and even had a little surprise for our honeymoon. All staff were friendly and helpful, buggy service to the mall was extremely convenient and save lots of walking. Skybar was an interesting experience and the view is top notch. Will be back again wherever we’re visiting KL"

"Our stay at the Shangri-La Hotel in Kuala Lumpur was simply outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm, attentive service that set the tone for an indulgent experience. The rooms were beautifully appointed, offering lovely views of the city, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast buffet was a true highlight, with an impressive array of high-quality dishes from around the world, prepared to perfection. The spa and pool provided a tranquil escape, ideal for unwinding after a day out in the city. The only slight improvement could be the addition of a bar serving cocktails by the pool. Aside from that, everything was spot on. A superb experience, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in Kuala Lumpur!"
