"We were upgraded to the Arcos suites across the street for my Fiancés birthday, which was very kind and surprising, Much appreciated! It was a large room with a king bed and two couches, did i mention the balcony? It was a great 5 night stay. No complaints whatsoever. We have stayed at Casa Susana before and the Playa Los Arcos. The best and quietest has been Arcos suites. We would go to the Casa Susana pool because the sun would hit it all day. It was a fantastic stay, we can’t wait to go...

"The Eloisa is a perfect location for me. It's in the RZ and half a block from the beach. With the park below, there is very little traffic on the street. It's simple but clean. Always hot water for showers and coffee in the lobby in the morning. Wifi is iffy but they do say that. The day staff (Dora) is always friendly. The night staff could be a little more so. "
