"The staff at the reception was very welcoming just 1 guy the rest look miserable, he welcomed my family with a big smile and he ungraded our room to the biggest room at the hotel i was so pleased will definitely stay again because of this member of staff, the hotel is a step a way from the prophet pbah mosque they are many taxis available outside the hotel also small shopping center and the hotel is surrounded by many shops, the breakfast was outstanding this pull man hotel is your money worth than the one in makah the one in makah is outdated the bathroom need reall renovation and the bedrooms but the one in madinah is another story is really looked afrer top class hotel."

"Sana is a convenient place with a walkable distance to prayer area to gate 328 there are plenty of shops around the area and the breakfast wasn’t a bad selection was a busy hotel which delayed room service but understandable with the amount of customers they cater for I do recommend this hotel and would stay again price is fair I got charge 110riyal a night for extra bed so wasn’t to bad they don’t attend to check if towels need a change you will have to ask"

"the hotel is a fine nice clean place secure,10min from haram great!!! only it is on the border of a old area that is full of flats some creepy hotels and streets not so tidy!!! in front of hotel they are building on a huge piece of land so 24/7 noise trucks drills etc etc this will end for sure maybe year after? overall had a super nice stay .......breakfast must get a upgrade in assortiment not same everyday, a hotel can not serve instant coffee in this market if you want a piece of the pie from big guys like hilton,mariot,intercont,sofitel,movenpick etc etc you must show it your clients only the best not less quality. thank u "

"The rooms were spacious and attendrent tried to help are two good things I can say about this property. But the access is difficult from front door, manager didn't speak English, demanded cash didn't accept credit card, dining/kitchen was devoid of any utnesils, pots, cups, bathroom didn't have towels, toiulet papers, toiletries, shower curtain, and water supply was poor and cold."
