Breakfast was excellent, with a wide choice of hot and cold choices and drinks. The location is perfect for visiting the attractions of this characterful little town. We would return."

"The hotel is reasonable and fair - expected more for a 4-star. The restaurant is a negative point for me - you don't feel you are in a restaurant; it looks more like a regular room with tables and chairs (huge and heavy), which does not look great. The restaurant staff were not friendly, speaking too fast and low, which was hard to understand. Food took a long time and was nothing more than ordinary food. "Lovely view of the surrounding countryside "

"Stunning location and staff couldn't have been more helpful. Had some problems finding it as signs to Pousada were poor, and no directions available. Parking is limited at hotel, although there is sufficient within walking distance. Steep slopes and steps to hotel itself, with no vehicle access, so you will need to carry your luggage some distance, although staff were happy to help. Once in the hotel however, the rooms, restaurant and support were excellent. Well worth a visit for the view...
