This was our fourth time staying at the Ritter. We stayed in the newer section which is brighter and has larger rooms. The breakfast is very good. The location, across the street from the Bus Station makes it a great location for transiting.

Convenient location, near to the bus station. Breakfast was lower expetation, very poor and not to good quality. The outlets in my room did not work. Towels very old and bad quality. Personal very friendly.

É um espaço incrível, limpo, organizado, com boas camas e bom chuveiro. Quartos amplos e localização bem central, exatamente em frente da rodoviária de POA. Não é muito seguro para andar à noite, mas de dia é bem tranquilo. O espaço de convivência é bom e o café da manhã é espetacular. A reserva que fizemos era para 2 adultos e 1 criança de 6 anos, a política do hotel é de hospedar criança nessa idade sem custo adicional, mas recomenda um quarto com duas camas de solteiro como recomendável para essa configuração familiar, o que é um absurdo e confunde o cliente. Conseguimos resolver na recepção, mas tivemos que pagar uma diferença de tarifa para mudar o quarto para um com cama de casal e sofá-cama para nossa filha. Para evitar estresse, fizemos assim. Mas um hotel de tão respeitável ambiente e proposta deveria repensar essa politica urgentemente!

Manutenção urgente na parte da piscina.

Piscina do hotel tinha caco de vidro dentro, onde uma criança abriu o pé, não limparam bem e ontem continuava os cacos. Interditaram a piscina 19 HS sendo que era pra ver a queima de fogos na piscina. Pedimos para falar com gerente e não estava, sem gestor. Péssima condição, as tábuas do chão piscina soltando. Café da manhã fraquíssima com poucas opções .
