Pony Express Trail National Back Country Byway, Utah hotel rooms at the Independent

"It was great! They brought us a warm breakfast and had constant available food in the lobby. Four stars because the desk lady when we first got there was stocking stuff and didn’t acknowledge we were there… would have been fine if she’d said “be with you in a moment” and finished up but she just kind of ignored us at first. Also it’s in a weird spot and doesn’t feel like a B&B - the ceiling you could tell were like old warehouse type ceilings. Would have been more immersive if that was fixed....
