Kitchenette needs upgrading not enough work surface..... "These apartments are more residential than holiday apartments as such. Great size rooms. Near the lovely beach. It is next to a garage and a busy road so there is some noise - especially by the pool, however this cannot be heard from inside. Good facilities. Friendly staff and excellent communication. Great for an affordable base and id recommend the sea view rooms that have 3 balconies. we used it as somewhere to spend the day after we had to check out early but had a late flight home. Right...

"Appartamento fronte spiaggia in una location semplicemente incantevole e strategica per muoversi alla scoperta dell'isola restando fuori dal caos delle zone più turistiche. Host sempre disponibile e gentilissimo, appartemento ampio e fornito di tutto il necessario, market a 2 minuti di auto (10minuti a piedi), diversi ristoranti a portata di passeggiata. "Beautiful set up with the other 2 hotels in the same group nearby. Loads of pools and bars within resort and 5 mins walk to Pefkos main strip with loads of bars and restaurants. Gardens really well maintained. Plenty of sunbeds."

Understand that priorities would have been with dealing with the wildfires that we’re getting close to this villa, however two days before travelling were told via Expedia that they were not able to accept us at the property and to contact them the day before we travelled. They could not be reached via phone or emails. Have tried several emails since and still no contact. Chasing refund, I understand it was outside of everyone’s control, but...

"Very good hotel, we had an excellent stay, food was amazing, the buffet is a standard hotel buffet type food but they do change it up each night but the a la carte restuarnts for us were amazing, we had great service and great food. Portion sizes at the greek and italian were huge so we way over ordered, possibly could of done with a little more at the asian and mexican but the dishes we all had were superb. Only grumble on the food is that there isnt much for kids, they didnt do smaller portions of the main meals so seemed like a lot of waste to order a main for a child. However we did sometimes get them a starter instead of a main then went into the buffet restyarnt afterwards if they were wanted somthing else. They were never hungry! The information and opening times of everything could be better, the creperie/ice cream place is advertised on the app to be open from 8.30 but doesnt open til 10, but there are no opening times at each bar/restaurant so unless you look on the app you dont know. And it would be good to have a bar near the splash park with drinks and ice creams but other than that we had an amazing time and will go back. "

"Absolutely incredible resort. I’d like to say a HUGE thank you to Maria and Georgia on reception who are truly amazing and were so helpful the entire time. The resort is peaceful, great beach location, amazing food choices and I particularly enjoyed the shisha lounge in the evening. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. I will be certainly be returning 🙂"

Family holiday gluten free

"We are gluten intolerant so the guest relations manager George was absolutely magnificent, sat us down on our first day to go over the food and all the restaurants, even organised gluten free beer to the mini bar in my room. Just stayed for the week but would recommend it to anyone who is celiac as all 3 in our party of 10 people never had 1 reaction. This was our first time trying out an all inclusive hotel since we have been diagnosed and will definitely come back"
