"Stayed as 2 adults and a toddler. Had the best time! Food was good, everything was clean, pools are good. Staff are exceptional - they work so hard!! The only downside for us was we had two lots of noisy neighbours (young party people) so got woken up a lot. But not sure if we just had bad luck because it was pretty much all families at the resort otherwise! "

The food on the property was fantastic, and I loved how close it was to exciting places like Siam Park, Jungle Park, and the beach. "This is our 5th stay at the Santa Barbara and the first time we've been uncomfortable around the pool! We planned a relaxing week sunning ourselves around the pool as usual, however, the amount of children/toddlers running around the main pool was unbearable. Screaming children, balls thrown around the pool aswell as ball games in the pool was nothing wed experienced here on our previous stays. Children should be in the childrens pool not the main pool where people are trying to relax."

"Super hotel for our week long stay. Great rooms with the most amazing balconies and views. We were in 806. Pool very nice and quiet, no fighting for sunbeds. Ate dinner twice and breakfast once and used pool snack bar as well. Staff were all exceptional and food great value and highly recommended. "I meant to stay at the Sunset Harbour Club with friends but accidentally booked the wrong place. Luckily this was only a 15 minute walk from there. I found the room excellent and staff friendly and helpful. I can't comment on the facilities as I was meeting friends elsewhere each day so didn't really use them, but what I saw looked good. Lots of things going on if staying on site. Would recommend. "

"We had a great winter stay at Paloma Beach. It’s really easy to get to - only 20mins taxi ride (about 35 euro) from the airport. The apartment was basic but very clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved the blackout blind plus shutters in the bedroom. All the balconies face towards the sea and had plenty of space. "Nice 1 bedroom apt for short stay. Clean, pleasant staff. Kitchen a bit small - can't really do much in they way of cooking if you are so inclined. Area is a bit out of the way, definitely need a car."

"Only stayed one night and had an ocean front view room which was lovely. As a non smoker you could tell that smokers had been in the room as it smelt of stale smoke which was rather unpleasant. Any longer and I would have had to change rooms. Room had a mini fridge so no coffee or milk available but had a kettle. "I enjoyed everything about my stay here apart from one thing - which to be fair - the hotel cannot do much about. My room was on the 7th floor and across the road was an outdoor sports bar which had extremely loud football until about 10pm then a very loud singer & music that went on until after midnight. There is virtually no soundproofing on the balcony doors - luckily I always travel with earplugs but it would have been hellish if I didn't! I flagged this up at reception and suggested they could include packets of foam earplugs in their nice little emergency kits in the bathrooms. Other than that the hotel is lovely and the food was exceptionally good."
