“The property is new and very well planned. The unit has 2 master rooms and en-suite bathrooms, which was perfect for our 2 families. It is spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated in modern furnishings. The linens and kitchenware are good, but some extra pates, cups and mixing bowls would be great. The clubhouse and pool are very nice, but we did not use them as we ventured out each day. Highly recommend this beautiful and clean property!”

“Hard to rate, had unusual circumstances. Arrived late, had hard time getting in door. Code was right but lock wouldn’t engage & open up. After 20 attempts, it magically worked. Once inside, contacted the 800 number since no one on site. maintenance person lived hour away…but (un)fortunately was already on his way b/c another family was unable to get into their room. When he showed up, spent about an hour working on handle and determined it was broken and need to be replaced in the morning. put...

“Large clean condo. Well stocked kitchen, good sized bedrooms, comfortable beds, clear instructions for adjusting heating. Would have helped to have some channel guidance for the TV- it was frustrating to just have to keep channel surfing. Spectrum doesn't offer much of a guide. This property is in the midst of everything accessible on the main drive in Pigeon Forge, but it's tough to get in and out of the road due to traffic. ”
