"This was my second stay at this property and it was another great one. The family rooms are spacious and have most things you need. We opted for the oil access in the Aqua wing and it was a great experience. Breakfast is amazing, wonderful food and choices galore. Loved the fish feeding experience daily for the kids We had lunch at the the Manta Ray and Coconut/Talat and it was lovely. Great portions. We also ate dinner at the Floating Market for a special fire show evening which was lovely ....

"The hotel did not have a reservation for us, though we had paid for it through Hotels.com. Fortunately, they had a room available, but not the Family Suite I had booked on Hotels.com. The resort accommodated us the best they could, but there was a disconnect somewhere in our booking. "

"Beautiful property and the room upgrade was to a suite which was amazing for us as a family of 3. Very quiet location, close by to coconut beach, 15 min drive, this is a must visit beach during a stay here. Great couple of massage places just outside of the hotel on the beach, and a cute little restaurant. "

"We had a fantastic stay at Khao Lak Laguna Resort. The rooms were excellent, and we stayed in very high-end bungalows just a minute's walk from the beach. The breakfast buffet, included in our room, was great and offered a variety of delicious options.
