O hotel é bonito, bem conservado. Mas o ar condicionado e a tv são bem antigos. O café da manhã é fraco, achei q deixa a desejar. De modo geral é bom. Porém achei q pelo valor poderia ser um pouco melhor.

Não pretendo voltar!!! No quarto havia uma porta localizada dentro do banheiro, precisamente dentro do box ,esta porta quando aberta era uma espécie de janela !! Muito estranho!! O andar do quarto era baixo e o barulho que vinha da rua era muito intenso!! Os atendimento muito pouco atencioso!! O cafe da manhã com muito pouca variedade de frutas !! Não era saboroso!! O carro fica no estacionamento bem distante do hotel!! A espera e longa principalmente se tiver trânsito!!No check out é sempre impossível ficar a pós as 12horas mesmo que você queira pagar por meio período isto acontece mesmo na baixa temporada!!Já estive outras vezes neste hotel já foi excelente, tentei voltar após incidente com a porta do meu quarto que não abria e não havia nem um funcionário no andar para ajudar e quando chegou um foi grosseiro!! Existe boas opções de hotéis nesta região .

Hotel Maravilhoso Totalmente Reformado!!! Funcionários muito educados e prestativos. Tudo novinho respeitando o tombamento da construção. Perto de tudo a pé! Shopping, museus, restaurantes... O estacionamento de veículos é afastado, deve ter paciência. E o acesso local para estacionamento em frente ao hotel é dificultoso com poucas vagas, mas nada impossível. E os motoristas do próprio hotel dão conta do recado perfeitamente. O café da manhã é incrível! A funcionária que nos atendeu merece parabéns!!! Um dos dias ela não foi e sentimos muito a falta dela, pois o senhor que a substituiu deixou faltar café, pães de queijo, ovos mexidos, etc. Muito mão de vaca!!!
