Only downfall when we were there was the construction drilling . But management was graciously offering refunds to those affected . "Our 1st night, 6/2-6/3. the staff was not expecting us. someone was in half of our villa, one couple had to sleep on the couch. Alberto did his best to make us comfortable. The 6/10-6/11, again the villa was not ready for us. Conrad did his best. The property was clean beautiful, we enjoyed very much!"

"The stay was nice and location was very centralized. The staff was great and super helpful. The room was clean and the views from the balcony were great. If I had to complain, the only thing was the coffee was not great in the suite and the water pressure was terrible. We had a tough time washing off all the sand and lotion at the end of the day due to poor water pressure. Other than that we had a very nice stay."

"We had a great time! Everyone at Sugar Mill was friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very good and everything on the menu is fantastic. It,s close to West End to pick up ferries or charters and not too far from Road Town either. The property is beautiful with lush, tastefuly landscaped vegetation and great views of the water."

"Sebastian's immediately felt like home away from home! Every employee was welcoming. We went to Tortola to visit a friend and her first recommendation was for us to stay at Sebastian’s- once we checked in we knew why! Besides the hospitality, the AC and water pressure worked amazing ! We appreciated the fact that they wanted their guests to relax at the beach, so because the water was rough, they were willing to bring us to Smugglers Cove. We were so appreciative! "Absolutely terrific! A smaller resort which made it more warm and friendly. Terrific staff who were so helpful and kind. The food was first rate and our room was absolutely beautiful. We had a hard time finding any faults. Would go back in a heartbeat!"
