We loved our first stay at the Candlewood Suites. Our queen studio suite room was perfect, very spacious, comfortable bed, great shower & huge TV. We loved having the kitchen facilities and the good sized shampoo, conditioner, jbody wash, hand wash & body lotion was a huge plus, thank you. We weren’t bothered by cleaners coming in every day, which was great. Our room had a city view, which consisted of, amongst other buildings, the top of the Empire State building! The staff were lovely, everyone greeted you in the lifts & corridors. We saw free cups of hot drinks in the lobby, hot chocolate, candy on Halloween, muffins, marshmallows & dipping chocolate. There is a great facility to borrow things such as games, dvd players & dvds & some electrical items. They have washing machines, the gym looked like it had decent equipment, a tv and free bottles of water for after your work out. The hotel itself is a short walk to the likes of Times Sq, Broadway, numerous subway stations & the Port Authority bus station. There is an amazing deli 2 mins walk on the corner called Lincoln Deli. We took breakfast away from there every morning & had it in the room. All in all a brilliant time was had. Would highly recommend this hotel.

the air conditioning worked but too loud, as was the bathroom vent. Otherwise everything else was very good.

Our 4 night stay at the Millennium was quite good overall. The location is extremely convenient as it's right on the corner of Times Square, with many places to shop, eat, and visit in the nearby vicinity.
