The Thirsty Scholar

3.0 star property
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (104)
"I don't normally leave reviews but this was worth a decent review. Booked late on the day of arrival & they were 100% ready for my arrival. My room was clean, modern, bed was comfortable & the shower was good. Food was superb (I'd definitely recommend the King Prawn & Crab linguine) & breakfast was equally as good. Most importantly the staff were so pleasant (apologies I didn't catch anyone's name). Next time I'm in the area this will be the first place I look for."

Glasney Rooms - Student Accommodation

3.0 star property
7.2 out of 10, Good, (89)
"We knew what to expect as my daughter stayed there when she was at res so no shocks for us. It is probably more comparable to a private room (with a private toilet/shower) in a self catering hostel with a shared kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend it if you are looking for budget accommodation ... just don't expect any hotel luxuries. You obviously get the basics like towels & bed sheets (in case you were wondering). It is a couple of minutes walk to the car...
