Not a good night. Poor old beds. Homeless in their parking lot. Staff was not helpful. I would not recommend staying here. Oh and the electricity Was out, not the fault of the hotel but there were no emergency lights in hallways and no lights in rooms. Very unsafe.

Ok place but overpriced for the condition and maintenance. Stayed two nights. No housekeeping offered. Left for a hike after first night. No garbage removed, no Kleenex in room but like 4 left over from previous box, shower had moldy smell and tile job was like from a DIY person. There were cracked tiles and dirty grout. Maybe that’s the smell that lingered. Then our beds didn’t get made. So I think no carpet vacuuming. The pool and hot tub out for the season. Temperature was 98 degrees those days. Would have been nice to use. Shower fixtures were installed upside down. Hot was not left. Knob was too tight. Thought we’d break it. Toilets use too much water. Thought they would over fill and we’d have a mess. It was ok. The beds were comfy but the bed sheets were placed wrong. The bed sheet was on top instead of the bed cover. If that makes sense. Only stayed here cuz other places were asking way too much during summer months.

Very disappointed with our stay. The lobby and the desk staff were very nice, and the views of OR farm country were lovely. HOWEVER, we paid over $140 for a room that was dirty, had no screen on a dirty, web-covered sliding door that would barely open, carpet was stained and room smelled like pet stains and mildew. There was not even a clock and two of the 3 outlets did not work. Absolutely nothing was in good repair and (except for the lobby) the property looks very rundown and is need of considerable refurbishment. If we had not arrived late and tired we would not have stayed here. Extremely disappointed that Expedia offered this property.

If we could give negative stars on this, we would. We will not be recommending Red Lion. We feel like we were misled by the website, as we filtered for breakfast when selecting and we judged by the Red Lion label, thinking this location would stand up to the Red Lion reputation. the description on the website indicated that there was a good breakfast buffet here. There is not. We discovered that there is nothing for food here, when we arrived. The dining room is closed, since Covid. We were also not happy that the hot tub is closed, along with the pool. Another advertised feature. But beyond disappointed, is the flat out health risk of black mold in the bathroom of our room. There was a streak of it on the ceiling and in the corner of the ceiling and also in the shower. This is a health hazard, and this room should not be used until the black mold is cleared. Inside the shower other molds and filth were evident. This place sucks. I feel bad for the staff here, having to answer for the terrible neglect that is evident everywhere.
