"The room was spotless and well furnished and comfortable, with great shower, but limited s[ace for toiletries which had to be placed on the floor. With five flights of stairs to negotiate it would prevent a return visit, but staff were helpful with the luggage and the advert warned about this."

"We arrive a bit early, 1415 hours to be exact. When we went into the front desk area we were told that we were a bit early for check in. I didn’t mind that as I knew. We were early, but I did not feel welcomed. That being said, every other staff member we spoke to was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed speaking to the staff during breakfast and supper. "We booked a standard double room with a King bed, but got a family room with a double and a single. Although it wasn't what we'd booked the room was nice and big with a decent sized bathroom. Bed was nice and comfortable, even if it wasn't what had expected. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. "

"What can i say about this hotel but that it was excellent. Huge room, spotless, comfy, huge bed, clean everywhere, quiet, free parking outside, 5 minute stroll to the venue, warm and cozy and we where greeted by a lovely man who was so helpful. They did offer breakfast but we skipped it but good to know its on offer! definately recommend 100%. Excellent value"

"Hotel was very clean throughout and my room was spotless. The breakfast was excellent and included in the price. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room carpet and furniture were dated and could do with upgrading, however maybe upgrades are on there way as a brand new lift had just been installed. At this time of year overnight parking outside the hotel was easy and free. Overall would highly recommend."

"We booked this hotel in Llandudno as it was reasonably priced, dog friendly and good reviews. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Our breakfast was tasty offering a good selection. Our room was comfortable with an extra large bed which we had the best sleep. For the price you can not fault this hotel. "

"This is a nice Hotel. The only downside was that my room was really hot. Unfortunately the Breakfqst at £14.95 ways too expensive for my work budget. The evening meal was nice but a bit on the high side price wise for what it was"
