"Travel led from the US as a 30yr F solo. Hotel was conveniently located, clean, safe, and quiet. The water got hot super quick, outlets in bathroom, spacious room, and laundry room onsite. You need a key card to enter in the building during the day on weekends and after 11pm which made me feel very safe. The tile in the shower was a beautiful green color."

"An amazing 4 night stay at Hotel de Roubaix still can’t believe it’s only 2 stars. 3 of us stayed in a family (triple) room and were delighted with the decor, beds, bathroom and cleanliness. Great location to explore some of the popular attractions in Paris and the metro line (4) is a 5 minute walk away (Reamus Sebastopol). Only 1 change at Garde de Nord and less than 1 hour from the airport. Hotel is quirky annd unique and has character and charm of its own. Staff on reception were lovely and very helpful and my daughter loved the hotel dogs who sit quietly in reception. Breakfast was available at the hotel but there’s so many places nearby that we didn’t bother. I will be recommending this hotel to family and friends and it will be a first choice when visiting Paris again. "

"First, the location of the hotel is perfect. Walking distance to Louvre, Tuileries Garden, if you want to clock some distance, Champs-Elysees, Arc de Triomphe is walkable too. The Tuileries metro station is directly across the street but I seldom use it. Luxury shopping is also just behind the block, and the famous Angelina, Cedric Grolet is on the same street. Definitely no complains to the location. Hotel wise, booking the Tuileries Garden view gives you the Eiffel Tower view too. The wide open view is definitely a must and wonderful sight every morning. It does come with a bit of noise as the night market is directly below too. I love the lobby area. It is a cosy place just to chill and nicely decorated. I had breakfast twice at the hotel. The buffet is simple and I believe the croissants are baked in-house. Trust me, you can smell them if you wake up around 5/6am. Within the room, big spacious and simple furnishings. The bed, pillows are just about alright on comfort level. Bathroom is adequate. I love the heater rack so I can dry my laundry. A pity that the TV on offer local channels and international news channel. So it is a bit boring in the room. Internet speed is so-so."
